Deutsche Bahn to slash 30,000 jobs after billion-euro first-half loss
Deutsche Bahn Group will lay off 30,000 of its staff, nearly 10 per cent of its total employees, Reuters reported on Thursday, after Germany’s state-owned carrier announced almost a billion-euro first-half net loss.
