UK tech firm Yellow Rail accepts buy out

Derby-based specialist engineering company Yellow Rail is looking forward to expanded capabilities after a corporate acquisition by Portchester Equity, an English investment company with existing links in the rail industry. The acquisition by Portchester, according to the partners, is focused on long-term growth, and highlights the strategic importance of Yellow Rail in the UK rail industry.
