New trains, new timetables and a first for kinship care. The much-maligned British franchise Southeastern has been making something of an effort to redress matters in the past month. First, a replacement programme was announced for their ageing fleet. Then there were the revisions for the summer timetable. Now there’s a new initiative to support staff involved in caring for vulnerable children.
