UK warns against a summer of vandalism

The rail industry in the UK is bracing for a sharp rise in vandalism over the summer. The spike in incidents follows a pattern of the traditional summer break from schools around the country. One operator, which has already suffered a series of incidents has called the matter “mindless and dangerous vandalism”. Operators, law enforcement and infrastructure interests have all expressed their concern.
