Faster than a plane: Hyperloop race speeds up as China tests ‘flying train’ system

China has carried out another successful test of its T-Flight “high-speed flying train”, a maglev hyperloop system designed to reach maximum speeds of 1,000 kilometres per hour. It is the latest breakthrough in the international race to create the world’s first fully-functioning hyperloop.
