InnoTrans: First ComfortJet trains to hit Prague-Berlin line

ComfortJet trains are soon to hit the tracks between Berlin and Prague. České dráhy

Travelling from Prague to Berlin just got a lot more comfortable. From next week, Czechia’s rail operator České dráhy (CD) will install the latest ComfortJet trains, made by Siemens Mobility and Škoda Group, on two services travelling between the German and Czech capitals. Presenting one of the long-distance units at InnoTrans 2024 today, CD’s CEO hailed the Berlin delivery as “a huge leap forward” in the company’s services. RailTech reports from the trackside.
