Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame station reopens in the heart of Paris

After eight months, the emblematic Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame station is reopening its doors to passengers, having been completely renovated. This 32-million-euro project was financed by Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), while the construction was carried out by Connect Gares. The improvements are intended to make the station “brighter, more convenient and more comfortable” according to IDFM, and are not related to the major Notre-Dame fire that took place four years ago, on 15 April 2019.
